They are never this little again, right? The newborn smell, their flaky skin and squishy face... that is the essence of what we capture together during your newborn session. I want to focus on your love bubble as well as all the small details to truly transport you back to these precious moments in time when gaze at these photos in years to come.

That newborn bubble is something else. Admiring tiny toes and button noses is magical and incredible. And so worth documenting. My style of photography is candid, natural and has a story telling vibe. This allows me to authentically tell your family story through the power of heartfelt imagery.

The focus is mostly on you and your little one however newborn sessions involve family photos of the whole gang together soaking up the love. Newborn sessions include photos of bottle or breast feeding as well as any skin to skin and shower/bath time routines that you want to capture.

As with all my sessions you are provided with full experience guides to give you everything that you need to know to ensure that this is a relaxed and calm experience for you. Newborn sessions are generally held in your own home but they can also be at an outdoor location if you prefer. And in some exciting news, I have a studio location in Coolum coming very soon which is just perfect for these sessions.

No two sessions are the same.

Documenting your love bubble in a calm and natural way is my number one priority for newborn sessions. I am all about co-creating with you and bringing your vision to life. The best time to have the newborn bubble captured is in from 2 to 6 weeks of baby being earth side. Having said that, anytime is the best time!

The process

Book and prep

Get in touch via the contact form or book directly online here. The $250 session fee secures your date. Then the fun starts where we plan the location, timing and outfits with full access to all of my client guides.

the session

We chat in the week leading up to your session and then again on the day. This allows for any wet weather changes and to confirm the details. We meet at the chosen location and have a fabulous time making memories together.

gallery

Your gallery is delivered 2 weeks after our session together via an online zoom meeting or emailed links. You will first view a slideshow of your images followed by the private viewing gallery where you can make your selections.

Choose and print

Choose the images that you absolutely love and cannot live without from your gallery and align these to a package. Use the print store voucher to order tangible keepsakes for your home.
