Terms and Conditions

• Session fee required at the time of booking to secure session date.
• Session fee is non refundable but is transferrable if >2 days notice of reschedule is provided.
• Session may be rescheduled due to bad weather at the discretion of the photographer and best efforts will be made to find a date in the near future that suits both parties.
• Gift vouchers valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated on voucher. Digital images not included in gift vouchers but are available for purchase unless otherwise specified.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to the session with no contact this will be deemed a cancellation with fund forfeited.
• Elli Hanson Photography is not held liable for faulty equipment including camera, lenses and memory cards but in the instance that a technology error occurs, a reshoot will be offered at no additional cost.
• Payment plans available for the purchase of packages and products. Digital only packages start at $490 for 10 images and range up to the entire gallery + slideshow for $990. In between options available too.
• My style of photography is in line with those photos shown on Instagram and website and whilst every session is different this style is what you can expect.
• Digital images provided as JPEG in high res unless otherwise arranged. All digital RAW files remain the property of Elli Hanson Photography.
